<p>Analysis of Social Values and Moral Values in the Novel Pulang by Leila S. Chudori and Its Utilization as Teaching Material at SMK At Taubah. The novel Pulang by Leila S. Chudori is rich in representations of social and moral life, an in-depth study of the values contained therein, especially in the context of its relevance as teaching material. This is because instilling character and moral values in students, especially at the vocational school level, is a crucial aspect in the formation of a complete personality. Therefore, this study aims to describe Social Values and Moral Values, This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive method. The object of this research is a novel book entitled "Pulang" by Leila S.Chudori. The data collection technique used is the data analysis technique using descriptive analysis, observation, marking, interpreting, describing, and recording. After conducting the research, the researcher found 19 Social Values data including Discipline 3 data, Tolerance 4 data, Empathy 4 data, Hard Work 4 data, Social Care 4. And 18 Moral Values data, including Human Relationships with God 6 data, Human Relationships with Themselves 5 data, Human Relationships with Other Humans in the Social Scope 7 data. <p><em>This study aims to describe the structure and linguistic rules in a collection of 5 drama scripts that won the competition and their use as teaching materials in MTS. Researchers analyzed the structure and linguistic rules in depth using descriptive qualitative methods. Data sources were obtained through reading and note-taking methods and then analyzed using the theory of intrinsic structure by Mardelina. The theory of intrinsic structure consists of theme, message, plot, character, dialogue, background, language, interpretation. And the rules of language by Kosasi and Kurnia which consist of chronological conjunctions, verbs describing events, verbs describing feelings and thoughts, and words that use nature, atmosphere, characters, places. Based on the results of the description of the analysis of the structure and linguistic rules in a collection of 5 drama scripts that won the competition, there are elements of theme, message, plot, character, dialogue, background, language, interpretation and chronological conjunctions, verbs describing events, verbs describing feelings and thoughts, and words that use nature, atmosphere, characters, places. This study is recommended to be considered as a reference material to improve students' abilities in appreciating literary works, especially drama scripts, and can improve literature teaching in schools.</em></p>Khoirunnisa Khoirunnisa

<p><em>This study aims to describe the social criticism and educational values contained in the film "Budi Pekerti" by Wregas Bhanuteja, and its use as teaching material for literary appreciation in high school. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subject of the study was the film "Budi Pekerti" by Wregas Bhanuteja. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation and documentation of dialogue in the film "Budi Pekerti" by Wregas Bhanuteja, which contains social criticism addressing issues of violence, moral issues, educational issues, and technological issues, as well as educational values including honesty, hard work, respect, responsibility, and discipline. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman content analysis model: data reduction, data presentation, conclusions, and verification. Data were collected through reading, note-taking, and listening, then processed to identify themes and patterns. After conducting the research, the researcher found several findings, namely Social Criticism consisting of 36 data, including 7 data on Violence Problems, 10 data on Moral Problems, 9 data on Education Problems, and 10 data on Technology Problems, while Educational Values amounted to 45 data, including 9 data on Honesty Values, 8 data on Hard Work Values, 12 data on Respect Values, 8 data on Responsibility Values, and 8 data on Discipline Values. Social criticism and Educational Values in Films are very important to be understood, both by the general public and by students in schools. Understanding social criticism helps people become more sensitive to social issues around them, in addition, the educational values conveyed through this film provide good character provisions for students, which are very necessary in everyday life. The research on the Film "Budi Pekerti" by Wregas Bhanuteja can be used as teaching material for literary appreciation in grade XI of high school on Short Story material. This work was chosen because it contains social criticism and educational values relevant for analysis. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of the problem based learning model on the ability to write observation report texts of class X students of SMAN 6 Pandeglang. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were class X of SMAN 6 Pandeglang. The instrument used in this study was a test of writing skills of observation report texts. The test used was a written test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there was a difference in the effect of writing skills of observation report texts between students who studied using the problem based learning model and students who studied using the discovery learning model. The writing skills of observation report texts of students who studied using the problem based learning model were better than students who studied using the discovery learning model. This can be seen from the results of the t-test which showed significant results in improving the writing skills of observation report texts of class X students of SMAN who studied using the problem based learning model. </em></p>Mulya Saroh

The object of this research is the novel entitled Rapjali 1 Looking for, which contains 368 pages and was published by Pantabli Library in Yogyakarta in2021. The background of this research is the novel Rapjali 1 Looking for Dee Lestari's work which is very effective for studying structure and moral values, and is very good if used as teaching material in high school. The purpose of this research is to determine the structure andmoral values in the novel Rapijali 1 Mencari by Dee lestari as Indonesian language learning material in high school. The research method used is qualitative description, the data to be studied is the novel Rapijali 1 Mencari by Dee lestari. This research using qualitative descriptionmethods aims to examine moral structures and values. There are several books and journals to provide data to clarify research. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of Tere Liye's novel "Selamat Tinggal" (Goodbye) and how it can be implemented as teaching material in high school. The objective approach focuses on the novel's intrinsic elements (theme, plot, characterization, setting, point of view, style, and moral), while the mimetic approach focuses on the novel's extrinsic elements (moral and religious values, social and cultural values) based on Abrams' theory (in Aminuddin 2015). The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The research data consists of dialogues sourced from the novel. Data collection used listening and note-taking techniques. The steps in data analysis included reading the entire novel, classifying the data, interpreting the data, and then identifying data related to the novel's intrinsic and extrinsic elements, including moral, religious, social, and cultural aspects. Based on the analysis, a total of 29 data points were found, 20 of which fall within the intrinsic elements of the novel using the objective approach, and 9 of which fall within the extrinsic elements using the mimetic approach. The research results can be implemented as teaching materials for critical analysis and assessment of literary works with the aim of understanding, appreciating, and providing a deeper understanding of literary works. <p><em>This researh was This research was conducted based on the issue of low writing skills, particularly in writing expository texts among tenth-grade students, who still face difficulties in expressing their ideas in well-structured written form. The purpose of this study is to determine the difference in the effect of the Teaching at the Right Level approach compared to the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach on students’ ability to write expository texts. This study employs a quantitative research method. The population consists of 396 tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Malingping, and the sample used in this study comprises 72 students from two classes, selected through random sampling. The research instrument used is a writing skills test for expository texts, which includes both pretests and posttests. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is an effect on students’ expository writing skills between those who were taught using the Teaching at the Right Level approach and those taught using the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach. This conclusion is supported by the results of the hypothesis test, which used an Independent Samples Test and obtained a significance value of 0.039 < 0.05, indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be stated that there is a significant difference in the influence of the Teaching at the Right Level approach on the expository writing skills of tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Malingping.</em></p>Dewi Puspita Agustin

<p><em>This study aims to describe the religious and heroic values contained in the novel Sangkakala di Langit Andalusia and to analyze its potential use as Indonesian language learning material based on the TPACK framework at the senior high school level. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis techniques. The data consisted of excerpts from the novel containing religious and heroic values, which were then categorized according to predetermined indicators. The results of the study show that the novel Sangkakala di Langit Andalusia contains various religious values, including obedience to God (72 excerpts), optimism (63), courage (59), perseverance (58), solidarity (53), love of knowledge (50), self-sacrifice (49), responsibility (46), sincerity (43), self-confidence (36), discipline (34), honesty (31), respect for others (27), creativity (19), and tolerance (15). The heroic values identified include courage (52 excerpts), self-sacrifice (50), solidarity (53), and perseverance (22). These values are highly relevant as literary appreciation materials in senior high schools, particularly within the Merdeka Curriculum, as they support the development of students’ character. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the values of heroism and spiritual education in the novel *Segala yang Diisap Langit* by Pinto Anugrah, as well as its utilization as teaching material for Indonesian language in high school. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is obtained through content analysis of the novel's text. The results show that this novel contains various values of heroism such as love for the homeland, hard work, patriotism, appreciation, love of peace, responsibility, and friendship, as well as values of spiritual education that include the formation of attitudes, mentality, inner self, feelings, and awareness. These values align with the objectives of character education in the Merdeka Curriculum because they can foster moral, spiritual, and humanitarian spirit in students.
