KAJIAN PSIKOLOGI SASTRA DAN NILAI MORAL PADA BUKU CERITA REFLEKTIF UNTUKMU, ANAK BUNGSU: SI AHLI MEMENDAM LUKA KARYA HIDYA HANIN SERTA PEMANFAATANNYA SEBAGAI BAHAN PEMEBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI SMA

Abstract

This study aims to describe the aspects of literary psychology and moral values found in the reflective story book Untukmu Anak Bungsu Si Ahli Memendam Luka by Hidya Hanin and to examine its potential use as Indonesian language learning material in senior high schools. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative method and content analysis design. The data source of this research was the reflective story book Untukmu Anak Bungsu Si Ahli Memendam Luka by Hidya Hanin, while the research data consisted of words, sentences, narratives, and events representing aspects of literary psychology and moral values. Data were collected through literature study, reading, and note-taking techniques. Data analysis was carried out through the steps of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results show that this reflective story book contains 99 data, consisting of 41 literary psychology data based on Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and 58 moral value data based on Burhan Nurgiyantoro's theory. The 41 literary psychology data comprise 2 data on physiological needs, 17 data on safety needs, 7 data on love and belongingness needs, 8 data on esteem needs, and 7 data on self-actualization needs. The 58 moral value data comprise 32 data on human relationships with oneself, 19 data on human relationships with others, and 7 data on human relationships with God. These findings indicate that this reflective story book has the potential to be utilized as Indonesian language learning material in senior high schools because it presents psychological issues, moral values, and life experiences that can support literary appreciation activities, classroom discussions, and students' critical thinking skills. Its utilization needs to be adjusted to the learning objectives and the Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes for Phase F.
